Due to COVID-19, expect significant delays in shipping. At this time, it is very difficult for us to provide accurate delivery estimates. More information is provided below.

While there may still be delays in shipping, international postal service has been mostly restored. At this time, if you have placed an order during or before May 2020 and it has not arrived, feel free to reach out to us and we will see what we can do.

Tablet Covers and Stickers

Canada/United States: Parcels may be delayed by up to 7 business days.
All other locations: There are currently significant and unpredictable delays. Please visit the Canada Post website for more information.

Mousepads

At this time, we are offering Standard shipping for mousepads again. There should be minimal delay and tracking should be up to date. Note that this only applies to mousepads ordered during or after August 2020.

Mousepads ordered prior to 11 May with Standard shipping will have significant delays due to reliance on international postal service infrastructure. Tracking updates will be infrequent, and may be inaccurate or expired. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any estimates on how delayed packages will be.

For mousepads shipped using expedited shipping, there is an estimated delay of up to 5 business days for most destinations. Please visit the DHL website for more information.

Keypads
